PRE & POST CARE

Set yourself up for a smooth B12 experience:

  • Skip the makeup: Avoid applying makeup around the injection site on the day of your appointment.
  • Pause blood thinners: Refrain from taking aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours prior (unless directed otherwise by your doctor).
  • Dress for comfort: B12 injections can be given in the arm or glutes, so wear clothing that allows easy access to your preferred injection site.

  • Let us know if you’re feeling unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any medications, especially blood thinners or steroids.
