PRE & POST CARE

Get the most out of your appointment by prepping like the beauty you are:

  • Plan ahead: If you’ve got a big event within 2 weeks, it’s best to reschedule—bruising or swelling may occur.
  • Keep us in the loop: Let your provider know about any medications, supplements, or vitamins you’re taking. Some (like aspirin or blood thinners) can increase bruising.
  • Not for our mamas-to-be: This treatment isn’t recommended if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Take it easy: Avoid alcohol and high-intensity workouts for 24–48 hours before your appointment.
  • Skip other beauty treatments: No facials, laser treatments, or microneedling for at least 2 weeks before and after your visit.

Because being really her starts with taking care—inside and out.

To keep you glowing and ensure the best results:

  • Hold off on alcohol and intense workouts for 24–48 hours post-treatment to minimize swelling and support your body’s healing.
  • Skip other aesthetic treatments such as facials, lasers, or microneedling for at least 2 weeks after your appointment to protect your results and skin barrier.

Your beauty is an investment—let’s treat it like one.

PRE & POST CARE

Set the stage for flawless results with these simple steps:

  • No alcohol for 24–48 hours before your appointment to help minimize swelling and bruising.
  • Skip hair removal treatments like facial waxing, threading, or laser for at least 1 week prior.
  • Come fresh-faced: Make sure your skin is clean and free of makeup or skincare products on the day of your treatment.
  • Take it easy: Avoid any intense workouts or strenuous activity for at least 24 hours before your procedure.

Because true beauty begins with the right prep.

Glow starts with good aftercare. Here’s how to protect your results:

  • Follow the Rule of 5: Gently massage the treated areas 5 times a day, for 5 minutes, over the first 5 days post-treatment (if advised by your provider).
  • Cool it down: Use ice or a cold compress to reduce swelling—just be gentle.
  • Take a break: Avoid strenuous workouts for at least 24 hours, and stay out of direct sun or tanning beds for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Healing beautifully is part of being really her.

PRE & POST CARE

Nourish your body to get the best from your PRF treatment:

  • Avoid blood-thinning medications like aspirin or ibuprofen for 48–72 hours before your appointment (unless prescribed—always consult your doctor first).
  • Skip the cocktails: No alcohol for at least 48 hours before treatment to help reduce bruising and improve results.
  • Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! The more water you drink, the better your PRF quality and results.
  • Eat something light: Have a meal or snack beforehand to keep your blood sugar steady—especially since your blood will be drawn.

Glow from the inside out starts here.

Keep your glow going strong by following these recovery tips:

  • Protect your results: Avoid direct sun exposure to the treated area.
  • Ease into recovery: No alcohol or intense workouts for 24–48 hours to help reduce swelling and bruising.
  • Let your skin breathe: Skip makeup, skincare products, steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
  • Hair care tip: Wait 24 hours before washing your hair, and avoid wearing hats for 24–48 hours to keep the area clean and irritation-free.

A little aftercare makes a big difference—because your beauty is worth protecting.
